Flow Mortgage is licensed and operating in British Columbia (BCFSA) and Alberta (RECA) under BRX Mortgage. We do not handle deals outside these provinces. If you are outside BC or AB, we are happy to refer you to a vetted broker in your province.

Will Flow pull my credit on the first call?
- No. Credit is only pulled when you are ready to formally apply, after you have decided to move forward. The planning session is consultative.
Does Flow work outside BC and Alberta?
- No. Flow advisors are BCFSA-licensed (BC) and RECA-licensed (Alberta) only. For other provinces, we refer to vetted brokers.
